Benchmark has embarked on a monthly celebration of all birthdays starting the month of Jul 2022 . As a company , as we grow our employee numbers it is essential that we know each other better and hence our employee welfare program is designed to create visibility within our organization.
With this objective , Our July Borns were invited for a special birthday bash at our head office . It was a exciting beginning for all and an event that has set a tone for the times to come . We all know that employee recognition and happiness goes a long way in improving the efficiency and productivity of employees . Our event covered team building activities with a Trivia / General Knowledge Questions and a creative session on “Creating a Paper Tower” that showed lot of enthusiasm and team involvement. Celebration was fun filled with birthday tunes and wishes coupled with food and drinks to mark a exciting event.
Our team members from across functions : Sales Team , Back office and Head office team participated and we would like to thank all of them for their high spirits .
