Sales Manager

Responsibilities :

• Sales deliverable of assigned territory (By Brand / By Channel)
•Proficient in Sales Forecasting, Planning and Execution
•Coordination with Channel Partners (Buyers/Merchandising Managers) for planning, executing and implementing cost effective promotions
•Sales receivables / collections as per defined terms to be ensured to maintain a healthy cash flow and sales on returns .
•Mentor, motivate and guide team members for sales planning, target delivery and promotion executions to maximize numbers
•Training subordinates to develop requisite skills; conducting trainings on products, selling skills, lead prospecting and closing skills.

Desired Criteria :
Minimum Graduation Degree /Post Graduation in Marketing preferred.
Must have 5-8 years of experience in FMCG preferably in distributor network in UAE.
Team Management / Leadership driven / Relationship management / Interpersonal skills and an effective communicator.
