International Men’s Day (IMD) @ Benchmark was an opportunity for us to inspire our fellow colleagues and to make inclusion culture a habit.
To recognize and make this day positive and memorable, Benchmark Ladies created a special memento to each one of our special men at work. Surprised at our momentum’s the men in office decided to have a reciprocal greeting … and ordered foodies for all in office (snacks, pizzas, ice cream) to make our overall day special and enjoyable
IMD is a time to engage, build confidence and an opportunity that serves well to create inclusive cultures. At Benchmark we are advocating good culture, striving for equality and making all of us feel important which will pave the way for inclusion and representation of each of our employees
IMD will set the tone for many such inclusion building activities which is a good sign for organization development and growth
